Basic ($15/mo per license) gives you a license to run the automation on your own device — you handle the hardware, IP setup, and operation. Fully Managed ($50/mo per profile) means we handle everything: infrastructure, IP diversity, and execution. You just subscribe and collect your orders. Both plans let you add more licenses/profiles at the same per-unit rate.
A Windows 10/11 PC (or mini PC), a VNC server for headless operation, and your own IP strategy (Tailscale exit nodes, static IPs, etc). See our getting started guide for full details.
For the Fully Managed plan, card data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored securely on our servers. For the Basic plan, we never store your credit card info at all — it stays on your local device.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
While we optimize for the highest possible success rate, we cannot guarantee successful checkouts due to factors outside our control like inventory limits and retailer anti-bot measures. This is currently the only functional automation platform for Pokemon Center drops.
